The Clash
On September 16th, the Brainerd Lakes, Baxter, and Range bass clubs fished North Long Lake to see who would have bragging rights as the top bass club.
Each club sent 3 boaters and 3 non-boaters. Each member had to fish with a member from another club while trying to out fish them.
We sent Keith Tuma, Jim Eide, and Chad Foster as the boaters. While the non-boaters were Craig Paulson, Nick Koschmeder, and Justin Goss.
Here is what the clubs brought to the scales.
Range Bass Club-----------------64 pounds 10.5 ounces
Baxter Bass Club-----------------71 pounds 0.5 ounces
Brainerd Lakes Bass Club-----72 pounds 6.5 ounces
Jim Eide caught the big bass which was 5 lbs 11 ounces.

We now have possession of the 1986 4 foot bass trophy.
